Xmipp preprocessing

You may download the following standard scripts Xmipp_preprocess_A.cshAndxmipp_preprocess_B.csh to perform:

convert scanner TIF to RAW format
downsample the micrographs
estimate CTF-parameters for the micrographs
pick individual particles from the micrographs
extract the picked particles
normalize the particles
correct the CTF-phases of the particles
