Random Conical Tilt

  • Alignment of the untilted images.
  • Transfer the in-plane rotation angles of the untilted images to their corresponding tilted pairs, and center the tilted images.
  • Perform a 3D reconstruction with the tilted images.

Example Data

  • Input
    • Gallery of tilted and untilted images. Previous alignment made with maximum likelihood is assumed.

File random_conical_tilt.tar.gz contains all the images and the xmipp_protocol_rct.py script necessary to run this protocol. This protocol needs a previous ML2D classification. For this example the local copy of the images have been made in order to reduce the size of the tar file.

  • Output
    • gallery of aligned tilted images
    • 3D reconstruction

File output_random_conical_tilt.tar.gz contains the results of executing theRandon Conical Tilt script.
