    • Automatic save of all the familiy coordiantes. Now the program warn if you close without saving the Common family but not if you dont save the rest of families. Could the program warn when you close the program and dont save any of the family coordinates (Rafa)

  • Implement a tool to measure ditances in the micrographs, similar to the one in xmipp_show -img. Boxer has one and it is very useful to select what to pick.

• Show -sel

  • cuts the last rows of the last row (roberto)
  • One more thing: when one uses Ctrl-+ to magnify the image on screen, the

pixel value readout is no longer correct (look like it keeps reading in the place where the original pixels were). Could this be fixed in the new version? (carmen)

  • goto option in xmipp_show. provide image name, slide number if volume (Carmen)
  • option to visualize the volume as projections (like in EMAN) (Sjors)
  • No sé si es muy difícil pero sería cómodo que el xmipp_show tuviera alguna opción para guardar como imagen lo que estés visualizando.( Ernesto Arias Palomo earias@cib.csic.es)

  • Se me ocurre una cosa que ya os dije con respecto a los visualizadores de kerdensom y mapas autoorganizativos en general. Era la posibilidad de seleccionar unos cuantos nodos y que el programa cogiera las imagenes y las realineara pero reseteando los cabeceros para que la media de las imagenes asignadas a esos nodos no estuviese influenciada por el alineamiento de todas las particulas.(rafa)
