Note that from Xmipp-2.0 onwards, the names of many Xmipp programs have changed. Click NewNamesProposal to see a table relating the new names with the old ones. For now, both the old and the new names will keep on working (a warning will appear when using an old name). In the next release, the old names will disappear.
