The script ./scons.doc may be used to generate the programmer's documentation. There you will find a description of Xmipp's libraries from a programmer's point of view. This documentation is also available at the on-line Http://xmipp.cnb.uam.es/~xmipp/trunk/xmipp/documentation/html/Programmer'sManual. We do not recommend generating this documentation yourself, but if you insist to generate your own copy be aware that to create the documentation you will need doxygen and graphviz, and to visualize it an apache2 server with php5 enabled.
