What you can do with this procedure.

Manually convert PPT shapes that exceed the maximum paper size to Excel. This operation allows you to manage figures that exceed the PPT paper size.

Procedure

  1. Copy PPT Shapes.

    1. Open the target PPT file

    2. "Ctrl + a" to select all shapes, "Ctrl + c" to copy

    image

  2. Open and paste a blank Excel sheet

    1. Open any Excel file

    2. "Ctrl + v" to paste

    image
