Base layers

The app currently uses the following base layers:

• MapTiler vector tiles which provide best accuracy and almost infinite zoom.
• Standard OpenStreetMap raster tiles with local names, zoom up to 18.
• Google Maps hybrid imagery, with local and English names.

Possible additions:

• OpenAerialMaps if they have a layer ready.
