Interoperability is key in the new era of genomic epidemiology

We are in the process of integrationg MicrobeTrace with other tools/platforms.

MicrobeTrace is available as a button in two CDC based platforms

• GHOST (For Hepatitis data processing and analysis)
• SEDRIC which is part of the DCIPHER platform (for foodborne pathogen data analysis)

Uers of thes platforms can view their data in MicrobeTrace with the click of a button.
