Bubble View
The Bubble View allows the user to visualize demographic distributions within the network without displaying the actual links or connections. This is useful for populations suffering from stigmatized illnesses: advocates want to avoid visual representations of possible/probable transmissions). Bubble View is useful for these and other situations where displaying links is not desirable.
The image below displays settings where X-axis and Y-axis can be mapped to variables of your choice from the drop down menu. Here the nodes are grouped by subtype on y-axis and transmission risk on the X-axis
Below is an example where nodes are colored by transmission risk. You can choose to turn node collapsing on or off. Collapsing nodes will still retain color distribution in the form of a pie chart.
Example 2- nodes are collapsed. Note the colors of various transmission risk categories are distributed within the collapsed node
