Interoperability is key in the new era of genomic epidemiology

We are in the process of integrating MicrobeTrace with other tools/platforms.

MicrobeTrace is available as a button in the following platforms

• GHOST (CDC only) For Hepatitis data processing and analysis)

• SEDRIC which is part of the DCIPHER platform (for foodborne pathogen data analysis)

• USHeR ( Ultra Fast Sample Placement on Existing Tree, for quick typing of SARS CoV-2 sequences

• Nextstrain

Users of these platforms can view their data in MicrobeTrace with the click of a button.
