Epi Curve View

Graphical representation of dates plotted on the X-axis can be visualized using the Epi Curve View, which graphs your data on a timeline to create either a cumulative or non-cumulative epi curve. Select Epi Curve from the View menu. This opens a window without any selection for the date field.

Select the relevant date field from the dropdown menu (Fig. 79). You can select either a cumulative or non-cumulative epi curve. You can also select single date field, multiple dates, displayed side by side, or multiple dates overlaid.

If you select a single date field, you can also choose to color the bars by any attribute in your file, chosen from a drop-down menu. You can also select the bin size to be day, week, month, quarter or year.

The example below shows a single date field (collection date), colored by lineage. Bin size is set to week.
