Fix all possible HTTP to HTTPS

This fixes most of the http: links to be https instead, where possible. As part of this discovered some FCs are no longer sold, so a number of mro and cuav FCs have been moved into the discontinued area.

Prettier was also run on all these.

@hamishwillee it's likely a path issue, maybe its relative to something else, I would remove the field, and let it fetch by default.

However the other errors in there are interesting, and might need extra help with permissions.
