The thermodynamic tendency was stored before the treatment of pathological cases. This (in very rare circumstances) can lead to a NaN in the thermodynamic tendency which would reflect in ClimaOcean in the salinity flux.
This PR stores the thermodynamic tendency after the correction of thickness and concentration.
