  • Add --versioned_outdir flag, allowing outputs to be nested below a directory named with the pipeline name and (minor) version (Issue #15).
  • Added the size of the contig that the resistance gene was identified on to the resistance gene report (Issue #17)
    • Note: Some other field headers in the resistance gene report have been modified for clarity, and order has been re-arranged. See README for updated list of report headers.
