I added some additional AP_Mission bindings (start/stop/truncate) to accommodate sprayer operation --- tank changes and battery changes may interrupt a mission; Lua can then stop, rewrite, and restart the mission at an appropriate position.
These were tested in SITL with random (manual) stops and starts, as well as for loading extended missions on an SD card.
