Reproducible analyses of BDNF levels and Learning Index scores across rodent genotype and ageing models. Three standalone R scripts are provided - two ELISA-based BDNF analyses and one for LI Score (behavioural) analysis. Steps include but are not limited to outlier identification, 4PL fit, conc. interpolation, descriptive + inferential statistics.
