Machine Learning Workflow for Detecting Longterm Drug Effects in In Vitro Neuronal Networks on Microelectrode Arrays (presented at 13th international Meeting on Neural and Electrogenic Cell Interfacing, Vienna, 2025)
Reproducible analyses of BDNF levels and Learning Index scores across rodent genotype and ageing models. Three standalone R scripts are provided - two ELISA-based BDNF analyses and one for LI Score (behavioural) analysis. Steps include but are not limited to outlier identification, 4PL fit, conc. interpolation, descriptive + inferential statistics.
A cleaned subset of BDNF gene expression data compiled for analysis.
