Adding multi-arch support for node-engine

Summary

This PR:

• Adds an extra function called generateMetadataWithPlatform which will update the metadata dependencies properly based on the targets that are stated on the buildpack.toml
• It upgrades packit and libedependency which allows the multi-arch to work properly
