How do I retrieve a survey report?

There are two ways to retrieve a survey report.

1. On the survey schedule page, a PDF document icon will be next to the survey ID if a survey report is available. Clicking on the icon will open up or download the survey report.
2. On the Machine detail page in the Survey information section, there will be a document icon under the Survey Report column if a survey report is available. Click on the icon to open the survey report in a separate window.

How do I retrieve a service report?

There are three ways to retrieve a service report.

1. On the Survey schedule page, if a survey has recommendations stored with it, the survey date will link to the Recommendations listing page. Clicking on the survey date will open the Recommendations listing page. The work order number field will be a link to the service report if one was uploaded when the recommendation was resolved. Click on the link to open the service report in a separate window.
2. On the Machine detail page in the Survey recommendations section, a document icon under the Service Report column will indicate if a service report is available. Clicking on the icon will open up the service report as a PDF in a separate window.
3. On the recommendations listing, a document icon under the Service Report column will indicate if a service report is available. Clicking on the icon will open up the service report as a PDF in a separate window.
