Wrap up_Improvement Opportunities
Future project extensions / additions / fixes that I am considering:
- Remove probe plug-in check from pit probe - causes scale issues if I unplug it after cooking finishes when resting meat in faux cambo (bug fix)
- enable OTA firmware updates
- make sure pcb is set up for 3rd / 4th thermistors
- implement fit-for-purpose IOT security (https/ SSL)
- move away from NodeMCU and design pcb layout
- 3D printed custom case
