Singular tuple components add deref + deref mut

I was thinking if the component macro could automatically add Deref + DerefMut on singular tuples like:

#[derive(Component)]
struct PlayerXp(u32);

#[derive(Component)]
struct PlayerName(String);

This way you can don't have to use:

if xp.0 > 1000 {
        xp.0 = 0;
        health.hp = 100.0;
        health.extra += 25.0;
        info!("Player {} leveled up!", name.0);
    }

But you can use something like this:

if *xp > 1000 {
        *xp = 0;
    ....
}

You can do that by just adding Deref and DerefMut derives.

#[derive(Component, Deref, DerefMut)]
struct PlayerXp(u32);

#[derive(Component, Deref, DerefMut)]
struct PlayerName(String);

I don't think it's a good idea to make #derive[Component] do this implicitly.
