Why

This pull request fixes problems I experienced during Windows integration.

Hightlights:

  • fixed a problem with passing stream from the child process to the test suite and stream loop
  • fixed a problem with imports on the example app
  • fixed default dependencies - now we're including tox and pytests in requirements.txt
  • added default test timeout to stop test when the process freeze
