I've merged some issues, the initHarass recycling I haven't seen any evidence in game that it needs to do this? It is recycling the harass units on its own just fine. |

Actually, this is just a fallback mechanism, it doesn't mean there will be problems |

Temporary correction of some issues
Mainly, it is mandatory to restore the alert point during excretion and reset
