"RestoreViewOnScreen" used to not do anything when tests were running offscreen, but as of PR #3621 on Oct 2, it still does the work of creating and destroying windows, but moves them offscreen. Therefore, a "WaitForRegression" needed to be added after a RestoreViewOnScreen.
