After a successful file upload to Ardia, prompt the user if they would like to view the file in the Ardia Data Explorer. If they click no, we get the same effect as clicking OK before. If they click yes, it will redirect them to a browser with the Ardia Data Explorer open to the parent folder of the uploaded item.
