…Name: n[43]ALAVLALLSLSGLEAIQR/5" or "Name: AACDEFGHIKc[17]/3") were being mistaken for non-peptide information - I've added a TODO to actually handle this but for now ignore as we always have done, though we at least now issue a message to that effect.
