  • Dennis suggested getting updates from each agency on where they are in the development/adoption process; the idea was supported by others
    • Will proceed with a non-structured discussion at a future meeting
  • SANDAG shared a brief update on their development activity and is willing to share more information
  • WSP will present on the dependency task once it is underway
• Contracts
  • Trying to get all contracts back within a week or so
  • Aiming to have all contracts be consistent
  • MOA updates
    • Conflict of interest statement between Zephyr and ActivitySim
    • 15% for Zephyr Admin was added based on AMPO expenses
    • Financial transparency of Zephyr via annual report and tracking of hours
  • Mostly minor updates were made to funding agreement
