Updated from 4.0.1.
One commit per version bump.
Completed the bindings a bit and fixed some buggy docstrings etc.
Reordered some stuff to be more in line with the header.
IMPORTANT: The wrong default was used for query caches, so even system queries were not cached. Oops!
Tests run and Tides of Revival now uses these bindings :)
