Send Slack notifications on failed and completed automations

Motivation & Implementation

We want to be notified when a robot's automation fails or when it is completed.
A Slack webhook is an easy way to do this.

To use this, the SLACK environment variable must be set to the webhook url of the Slack workflow.

Progress

• I chose a meaningful title that completes the sentence: "If applied, this PR will..."
• I chose meaningful labels (if GitHub allows me to so).
• The implementation is complete.
• Tests with a real hardware have been successful (or are not necessary).
• Pytests have been added (or are not necessary).
• Documentation has been added (or is not necessary).
