Charging station improvements

Motivation & Implementation

We improved our charging station and did extensive testing.

• Charging station description
• Docking process
• Loop functionality for easier long term testing
• Handle Automator.is_stopping and Automator.is_pausing in AutomationWatcher
• Update detector
• Minor changes
