Fuel Supply adds a realistic fuel pricing system to Derail Valley.

• Diesel prices vary by station distance from the refinery, fluctuate over time, and react to player fuel deliveries.
• A new purchasable license allows viewing diesel prices on station computers for smarter refueling decisions.
