动机
Danmaku2ASS重命名为convert_to_ass，并暴露一个和 1.x 签名完全兼容的Danmaku2ASS，避免兼容性问题，但不再推荐使用Danmaku2ASS，会在后续（大概是 2.1）移除解决方案
