In support of Quokka frontend PR at yt-project/yt#5168
The data was originally provided at https://github.com/Rongjun-ANU/README-of-yt-frontend-for-QUOKKA , I took the two sample datasets there that are used in the new tests for the Quokka PR and uploaded them to
quokka.tar.gzat https://girder.hub.yt/api/v1/item/68f008e8467de92389bb7b09/download. It will unpack to contain two datasets:quokka/HydroWave/plt00004 and quokka/RadiatingParticles/plt026(note: the files really are that small, < 1 MB total between the two)
