This repository contains the format descriptions for structures, related to the modelling and representation of textile structures in all herarhical levels and areas of their applications. Main objects to be saved are fibers and filaments, single - and multiply yarns, rovings, ropes, woven, knitted and fleeces and their assemblies. The application areas of these are not limited to, but concentrate on technical applications of fabrics, clothing, composites and many more. The format consists of several levels and is based on XML data structure.
