My name is Yohan Chang, Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering (AI / Big Data / Visualization).

I am an Associate Research Fellow at the Smart Infrastructure Research Center, part of the National Infrastructure & Geospatial Information Research Division at KRIHS (Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements). Since 2022, I’ve been supporting OECD Geospatial Lab Workstream #5. In addition, I serve as:

• A committee member of the Digital Division in the Open Government Partnership (OGP) (hosted by MoIS^*)
  
• An advisory member of the Public-Private Joint Data Analysis Council (MoIS)

With over 15 years of diverse experience in AI, Data Analytics, Data Science, GeoAI, Visualization, and policy-oriented modeling, I’m passionate about interdisciplinary collaboration and exploring new research frontiers.
