Onboarding Procedure

• Join our Lucky Parking Slack channel on the Hack for LA Slack: https://www.hackforla.org/getting-started

• Come to our meetings on Monday nights at 6pm PST. The video conference link is pinned to the top on the lucky-parking slack channel.

• Review our CONTRIBUTING.MD

• If you decide to join, ask for the Google Sheet to add yourself to our roster with all your contact info.

• Ask the project lead for Git access. Be sure to enable 2-factor authentication!

• The dataset that our project is built around is the City of Los Angeles parking citation open dataset: https://data.lacity.org/A-Well-Run-City/Parking-Citations/wjz9-h9np

• Our repository contains several branches with the master branch containing our webapp code and other branches containing various analysis projects or backend code
