In this PR:

  • Running gixy on stdin does not work #110 Fixes bug where specifying stdin with - does not work if abspath expands the path to include $PWD
  • Removes duplicate checks if a file exists (with os.path.exists) before processing
  • Adds a check that no file paths are specified concurrently when stdin - is specified

Also drops redundant check that files exist before processing, and checks that file paths are not specified at the same time as stdin.
