Twitter submissions

We use a simple and lightweight strategy for submissions based on Twitter hashtags.

To Submit

To submit a syllabus on Twitter, just Tweet a link to the file and include "#ospsubmit". Our bot finds all of these tweets and downloads the file hourly. You will receive a reply tweet as confirmation at that time.

Requirements

To prevent malicious code from making its way onto our server, we require submissions to meet the following requirements.

File format

The file must have one of the following file extensions:

• Microsoft Word (*.doc, *.docx)
• Markdown (*.md)
• Portable Document Format (*.pdf)
• Plain text (*.txt)
• Rich text (*.rtf)

If your file is in another format, please convert it to one of the above formats before sending your tweet.

File size

The file cannot be over 5 MB. If your file is larger, please find a way to cut the size down, hopefully without modifying the text. Removing pictures is a good place to start.
