1. Create the conda environment with all the libraries. Local installation of Metamap.
2. Installing pubmed edirect (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK179288/)
3. Installing Metamap on linux locally (https://metamap.nlm.nih.gov/Docs/README.html)
4. Build pubmed parser from source code, as we did some changes to the standard version. Its provided in repository
