corrmeta

Correlated Meta-Analysis (corrmeta) integrates findings across multiple OMIC scans by considering correlated information between the OMIC scans.

Installation

Recommended installation

You can install the latest release of corrmeta from CRAN with:

install.packages("corrmeta")

Development version

You can install the development version of corrmeta from GitHub with:
