I've left just some tiny comments below, plus you'll need to add a line like the following to src/components/DeployGuidesNav.astro to get your icon to show up in the grid:

(Depends whether both fully-static and on-demand rendered is supported, put whichever are appropriate in the array!)

Just a note that this is all that's missing from this PR now. We might just do it ourselves to get this merged, now that the Zephyr Docs link is published and working.
