Azure DevOps Release Extension: Azure Cosmos DB Throughput Scaler

This repository contains an Azure DevOps extension that can be used to scale the throughput of a Cosmos database in a Azure DevOps or Azure DevOps server release pipeline.

It can be installed in Azure DevOps from the Marketplace.

Building extension

To create this extension locally run this command from the root folder tfx extension create --manifest-globs vss-extension.json
