Porphyry copper deposit knowledge database and knowledge graph.
The geological entity recognizer (PCD_NER_tagger.pt) is trained using the corpora in teh Corpus file in the Ubuntu 18 envirorment with Python 3.7 and Stanza V 1.2.3. The usage of recognizer can be found in the PCD_demo.ipynb. More useage about Stanza can be refer to https://github.com/stanfordnlp/stanza and https://stanfordnlp.github.io/stanza/.
The ontology encoded in N-Triples corresponds to Fig.1 in the manuscript.
