Update dependencies. Drop Node.js 14 support, require >=18.18

This RP will drop support for node >=14 and will require >=18.18. While the initial goal of the package was to make it accessible to everyone and as many versions as possible, it is now time to step it up a notch to keep things up to date.
Also, this change will be easier now, than later with the changes to come.

Before merging, just asking: are you sure the syntax is correct with quotes there?

"exclude": ["node_modules, __tests__"] and not "exclude": ["node_modules", "__tests__"]?
