Initial release of Spring Cloud Data Flow for PCF Cloud Foundry CLI plugin. This plugin includes a command that will enable developers to startup a Spring Cloud Data Flow shell and target a Data Flow for PCF service instance on PCF. It will automatically download an install the appropriate Data Flow shell jar binary and use PCF credentials to attach to Data Flow service instance.
