fix output survey question names to properly reflect their origins

• before the game starts in tournament round 1 -> pre.csv
• before the game starts after tournament round 1 -> pre-after-round1.csv
• after the game ends -> post.csv

fix date parsing to reflect incoming ymd_hms format from qualtrics
