A facial detection program that uses Voila-Jones and MTCNN facial detection from another github. File provided must be .jpg or .png.
Installation: -Must have computer vision toolbox, image processing toolbox, and deep learning toolbox. -Must also install the file <MTCNN.Face.Detection.mltbx> provided, or install from https://github.com/matlab-deep-learning/mtcnn-face-detection
