This directory contains all the scripts that are uploaded to github. This directory contains two main types of documents:

A- rmarkdown files: This contain all the scripts used for the paper and are classified into:

  1- preprocess_scripts: Script needed to data analysis and create all result data tables (see readme in directory)
  2- short_version: Scripts needed to make figures in the paper, both main and supplementary figures (see readme in directory)
  
B- data files: Intermediate files needed for the preprocessing and final figures. This includes sequencing logs, intermediate processed data and supplementary tables. This folder does not include raw sequencing data.

Update date: 28th November 2023
In this update, I will include the updated scripts for the revised version of the manuscript.
