- Overhaul dependencies and get rid of runtime dependency installation - Set supported python to 3.9+ - Remove prereq.txt - Fix the shap output shape in clf case - Fix DataFrame .append() error - Fix cohort explainer error index out of range by allowing to set effect_size - Update the score used in tests/studies/test_risk_studies.py tests to match what is used in studies (c index - brier score) - Fix NewRiskEstimationAppProto initialization (add extras_cbk)
