Export Raspberry Pi metrics in Prometheus node-exporter's textfile format.
To visualizate it you can use preconfigured Grafana dashboard.
Also you can use prepared Alert rules for Prometheus.

sudo chmod +x /usr/local/bin/rpi_exporter
sudo systemctl enable rpi_exporter
sudo systemctl start rpi_exporter
To run node-exporter
use:
docker run -d -p 9100:9100 --pid="host" --name=node_exporter -v "/:/host:ro,rslave" --restart=unless-stopped prom/node-exporter --path.rootfs=/host --collector.textfile.directory=/host/var/lib/node_exporter/textfile_collector
To uninstall use:
sudo systemctl stop rpi_exporter
sudo systemctl disable rpi_exporter
sudo rm /etc/systemd/system/rpi_exporter.service
sudo rm /usr/local/bin/rpi_exporter
- Make sure your node-exporter uses
textfile
in--collectors.enabled
- Add the following parameter
--collector.textfile.directory=/var/lib/node_exporter
